Terms & Conditions :
 

The Company reserves the right to decline OR to book any person/s for any Tour or to cancel their booking without assigning any reason.
No person including the Employee/s and the Agent/s of the Company in writing, has the authority to alter, amend, or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition set forth in this document. Assurance if any, which is contrary to the terms and conditions, given by any staff member or agent of the Company, shall not bind the Company.
The Company has the right at any time to:

  • Terminate the Contract prior to the commencement of the Tour without assigning any reason whatsoever.
  • Amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday excursion or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute a service by service of similar class or type if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
In either of the above cases, the Company shall not be liable for any refund, compensation whatsoever.

MODE OF PAYMENT
  • Indian Citizens residing in India and traveling in India, Bhutan & Nepal to pay the tour cost in Indian Rupees.
  • Australian Citizens or Residents residing in Australia and traveling in or out of Australia have to pay the tour cost in Australian Dollars.
  • Foreign Nationals are required to pay the entire tour cost in USD.

Advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank or through Mail Authorization through credit cards. We accept Master and Visa Credit cards. Upon arrival in India/Australia, the payment can be made in cash. In case of payment through credit card, a small amount of bank processing fee would be applicable on the amount being paid by credit cards.

The Client should read the brochure / price grid / itinerary for Tour Arrangements details and the "Terms and Conditions" which are enclosed before completing and signing the "Booking Form".

100% payment should be made at the time of booking. The Terms and Conditions specified, including the payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc. shall be applicable, in addition to the Company's Terms and Conditions. The Client shall pay the balance tour cost at least 21 working days prior to the date of departure or the date of booking whichever is earlier

All payments have to be made by demand drafts in favour of "R G Destinations (P) Ltd" and payable at Delhi. The Client would receive a receipt from the Company for the amount paid, within a few days. In case the Client making payment by cash, he must do so against a valid receipt only.

In case the payment is accepted by Card, the Client will have to pay Bank Charges / Card Charges at the applicable rate in addition to the tour cost.


TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is the Client's responsibility to hold and carry on tour valid documents such as confirmed air tickets/ train tickets / bus tickets, medical insurance and other insurance certificates, (Passports and Visas if applicable) to be able to travel on the tour.

  • 6 months valid passport.
  • Confirmed return air ticket
  • Confirmed hotel stay
  • Sufficient Foreign Exchange
  • POE should be done prior to departure from India.
These terms are subject to change from time to time analogous with government policies.



NRI & FOREIGN NATIONALS

Non-resident Indians / foreigners can pay the Tour Cost in any convertible foreign currency received through normal banking channels or by debiting their NRE / FCNR accounts or against INR payment representing proceeds of foreign currency surrendered by them during their visit to India, duly supported by encashment certificates as per RBI rules. Foreign nationals residing in India can make payment in Indian Rupees against proof of residency and a photocopy of the same.


CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR

If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the company in writing mailed at the Registered Office of the company at R G Destinations (P) Ltd.,207-Suchet Chambers, 1224/5, Bank Street, Karol Bagh, New Delhi -110005 or via facsimile no. 91 11 4145 0790 on working days within office time. If cancellation is communicated to us by email  at (sales@rgdestinations.com), it should be immediately followed by duly signed written communication by the Client. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office in Delhi on working days within office time. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges would apply:

WHEN A CANCELLATION IS MADE

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Clear 21 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour or for non-payment of the balance Tour Cost within stipulated timeframe.

Deposit Amounts

Clear 20 to 15 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.

25% of Tour Cost

Clear 14 to 08 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.

50% of the Tour Cost

Less than clear 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.

100% of Tour Cost.

In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.

In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the company on visas, medical insurance, POE, including administrative/service charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.


Refunds (if any) would be paid directly to the Client by the Company directly
It would take at least 15 days to process the refund (if due). For cases where an airline ticket is issued, it would take at least 30 days to process the refund (if due). In case of refund in foreign currency component, the said refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund as per existing Rules and regulations.

It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever

Our liabilities & limitations
    • All efforts will be made sincerely to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers but there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fee at the monuments or drastic increase in fuel costs etc. getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such FORCE MAJEUR, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers. R G Destinations, New Delhi act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.
    • All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. RG's reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.
    • Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.
    • We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
    • We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
    • We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk. Our transport is certainly Insured as per Indian Motor Vehicles Act and claims, if any, will be made as per the rules of the Insurance Companies in Indian Rupees
